Has anyone had any experience stopping 25mg after several years of use (9-10 years). I would like to try stop, however am really worried on the side effects and how best to approach these given the tablet is one and not easily split.

Has anyone had any experience and could recommend some effective strategies that may be helpful!

Would love to hear from people what went well and what didnt when they stopped.
