I have successfully weaned off Paxil. My last dose was March 22 so it's been about 7 weeks. I experienced minor physical side effects but my irritability and anxiety are very bad. I thought they would get better as time goes on but I feel extremely irritable all the time and anxious. I almost want to give up and go back on Paxil or another SSRI.

Does it get better? Is it normal for these increased symptoms and is there a timeline for when they can subside? Is this my new normal or will my symptoms decrease ?
