I've just moved to Augsburg, (I'm M21) I don't know much people or how things work in this around here. Everytime I try talking to people outside they react as if they are offended, I'm Swedish and have lived in Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Norway and visited many places, and I've only experienced this problem in Augsburg, is people in this city not eligible for social interactions?

If anyone wants to hangout lmk, my interests are being sociable, doing sports, I used to game and smoke a lot in the past, and my religion is pure mindset

I like cooking, nature and learning new things, I am open to most things

I want to try to make some friends however it seems very difficult, do you have any tips?
