I need to replace the little cord thing that attached to the zipper. I’ve tried replacement options on the Osprey website but cannot find the right place, apparently, or you cannot get them from the site.

I tried generic ones but they are too thin and come off and I’d like the osprey ones.

Any ideas? Thanks!

I am trying to replace this storm door hardware on a door I inherited when I moved into my current home and cannot find any branding on the door at all,

What kind of information should I look for when shopping for a replacement part?

I am NOT looking to replace the entire door
