So I was dumb and tried to download a game using an adblock from a now apparently unsavory site and it ran a renpy for the installer, once again, looking back, I should have known that doesn't make any sense. So cool, I ran an antivirus and it found stuff and I have sense ran 3 more full scans and an offline scan and nothing was found, and I have changed my passwords and enabled 2fa on everything. Any more steps I need to take?
