Default Paste Mode for V2 Clipboard History
I am currently using V2. Overall, I am very satisfied with it, but I found one change that makes me very uncomfortable:
After V2, content obtained from the clipboard history, when pasted into other apps, comes with formatting such as background color, bold, and so on. But this is actually not what I want. I often encounter scenarios where I only need to paste plain text, so I often use Raycast’s clipboard as a relay station, but in V2 this behavior has become very inconvenient.
Although I can achieve this with [⌘ + control + enter], this is very inconvenient and does not fit my muscle memory at all; I have to often undo and then paste again.
There is another issue: in my perception, the primary action is [Enter], and the secondary action is [⌘+Enter], but in the clipboard history, the [⌘+Enter] action is actually [Copy to Clipboard], which I really do not understand. Why would I copy something from a clipboard to the clipboard? 😂
My expectations:
The primary action is [Enter]: paste in plain text format
The secondary action [⌘+Enter]: paste in rich text format
In the clipboard history settings, it can be set whether the default primary action is [paste in plain text format] or [paste in rich text format]
