Subleasing Master of 2BR/2BA for 26-27 school year
As the title says, I am looking to sublease my apartment for next school year. The apartment itself is the master of a 2BR/2BA, meaning it has its own attached bathroom. It is in the Seven07 building, meaning it has tons of amenities, including a gym, pool, parking, lounge/cafe, and is right on Green St. (address is 707 S 4th St.), meaning its about a 10ish minute walk to the union.
The apartment itself has a kitchen, washer/dryer, a tv, and is on the fifth floor.
The rent is $1349 a month, not including utilities (electricity and water), and the leasing period is from July 28th, 26 to end of July 2027 (I believe the 27th).
