I’ve been reading about treatments including co2 lasering, subcision, microneedling, and chemical peels, and was wondering which one/s would be best for the deep scarring prominent in the 1st and 3rd photo, and for the overall redness on the face but also dark green-ness around the temple area visible in the 2nd photo (I have it on both temple areas).

The darker discoloration around my temples is a huge gripe and was wondering if peels is best to reduce the color.
