Question about password safety
Tried reading through all the posts, but didn’t find a specific answer.
I simply opened the canvas app on my phone and got the pop up of the app not working. I didn’t enter any details, didn’t even reach the login page. Immediately closed it.
Technically I didn’t log in, but I was logged in previous to that. (Back in April). Would that risk my password safety (and other sensitive information)
I went and changed my password + added two step verification for all of my important accounts and whatnot. But I’m still concerned.

PS: I also read articles and they claim that only our names, grades, messages, are leaked but not the passwords. Don’t really trust it.
I was thinking of contacting UBC IT but they’re probably working themselves to smithereens right now.
