A proper oats meal with morning glories added - didn't work
Hi guys! I'm experimenting with new ways to ingest Morming Glories by masking the flavor as much as possible. I figure that if I can avoid the flavor I can give myself higher chances to hold it in for longer.
My recepie for oats was:
- Oats
- Sugar-free soy yogurt
- Strawberries
- Grounded chia seeds
- Grounded Morning Glories
- Marple syrup
- Fresh mint
I would probably add chocolate but I'm on caffeine detox.
So, I laid down and after 30 mins I started to feel the usual things I feel during come up... But it never lifted off. I had midly upset stomach but that would be about it.
I suspect that it was chia seeds which coated morning glories, or maybe the batch isn't strong. Or is it the marple syrup?
I want to attempt the same the next day with yogurt and marple syrup alone.
Do you think that I've build up tolerance already? Subjectively it was barely a microdose.
