The tittle is pretty self-explanatory. I have my Test TODAY, and while I feel quite prepared, I am having one slight problem. I can't get the App to do anything other than turn my screen full white. Every time I open it, it opens as a full-screen blank page that refuses to load anything even with hours of wait.
I would share an image of my screen to illustrate, but I doubt there's anything worth sharing from it other than a blank white screen-

I've given the app every windows security exception, bombed my VPN off of my computer in case that was what's causing the issue, but NOTHING has changed so far.

I am starting to get desperate, I need this exam for college admission and it was quite pricy. I don't want to miss my exam because of unsolvable technical issues.
Has anyone had similar software issues with the TOEFL Test App in a Windows 11 Laptop? Did you solve it? How?

I can't get the App to do the Diagnostics it needs of my computer like the website recommends, because Every time I open it, it opens as a full-screen blank page that refuses to load anything even with hours of wait.

Supposedly, according to google, this is either an Internet Connectivity issue (Which wouldn't surprise me, my connection at home has been spotty lately, but it's weird because this is the only thing that refuses to even try to work because of it) or an issue with my Antivirus. That last one worries me, because the only Antivirus my current Laptop has is the default Windows defender stuff that comes pre-packaged with any windows product. If that is what is causing the Issue, I don't know how to stop it.

Edit: Turns out, TOEFL just hates my personal computer's guts for some reason. I'll have to take my exam on my mother's PC. Thanks for nothing guys. Your silence was stunning, and it filled me with so many unkind words for you. >:(
