Dr. Abbott came in at second shift - but then he left when 1st shift left. I thought he was the attending 2nd shift doctor? But then talked about coming back after a couple of hours sleep. I didn’t quite understand that.

Myrna - the older woman chained to a wheelchair, who was obviously a regular. They passed her coming out, escorted by cops, as everyone was leaving for the night. What was her story? Why was she handcuffed to the chair and what was she in the ER for?
