120 Hours of driver training

So I spoke to a recruiter for a company in Connecticut about getting a job. The recruiter told me that the DOT required that you get 120hours of driver training to obtain a cdl. I told her I graduated from my school with only 40 hours training and had already gotten my license. She insisted that the school screwed me over.(can’t remember her exact words.) Is there any truth to what she is saying? I just want to be sure, it’s got me worried. If I already got my license this can’t be true, right?

ACE-Endico for a first job

I just got a message from ACE-Endico about a job. It would be my first job out of CDL school. Just wondering if anybody knows about this company? Is it a good place to gain experience? Anybody heard anything positive? Negative?

FedEx cdl job

Hello everyone. So I just got my CDL A a couple weeks ago and I’m looking for a job. I applied for a FedEx freight job(through a recruiter) and almost immediately got a call and message. My only concern is that I do have a couple accidents(one very minor). Both are more than 3 years old and less than 5 years old and don’t show up on my dmv records or my psp report. Should I still go through with applying and setting up an interview? Is this a good option for a student fresh out of CDL school.?

Backing Maneuvers

I am a struggling student. And was just wondering about how long did it take you all to become proficient at backing maneuvers for the DMV exam? And then for real-world driving?
