Tempered glass screen protector question

I asked about this a little bit back and I found out it is a tempered glass screen protector that is cracked (the one that is taped down. I can still print fine if the printer isnt over it BUT I went to elegoos website and cant find a replacement. Their stool just keeps bringing up the release film for the vats. I do have some flexible screen protectors. Will those be good enough? Kinda frustrated to see they arent selling the replacement for a part that comes on the machine unless im just dumb and cant find it.

Printer: Saturn 4 ultra 16k

I've never had this sound happen before. It sounds like im having suction problems as well which is wierd cause these are 32 mm miniatures and only 3 if them. 20 sec exposure for 4 base layers then 3 transition layers. 1.8 seconds exposure per layer... idk whats going on. I just replaced the FEP so it should be nice and tight as well... any hints? The thunk thunk thunk thunk sounds like its coming from the back. The z axis lead screw isnt moving or even vibrating when it happens. I lightly touched it and this is happening on the top delay.

Okay so I replaced my fep because I screwed up and was having suction problems that stretched the dang thing but I notice a shiny line barely noticeable across my lcd. I've heard that the Saturn 4 ultra 16k comes with a screen protector taped to the top already. Because when I tested it to see if it mest up the projection it looked fine. Am I screwed and gotta gen a new screen or am I fine and only need to get a cheap protector replacement? Photos for reference i hope yall can see. Its not as obvious in a photgraph.photograph. its mostly obvious when light is off. Its the long white line.

So I used tableflips cones of calibration and got my print down perfectly so I moved onto a decent sized mini but still a mini. Just after the base layers finish it stops holding on for some reason. Here are my settings. Anyone know why my cones of calibration print which is 200 layers deep worked but this one fails after like 10 or so? These are my chitubox settings.

Okay so I just ran a resin calibration its looking like 1.5 miiiiight be my sweet spot or a little less but the prints are fragile as heck, however at just a 30 second base exposure it seems to be stuck hard af. With the temps being controlled by the vat what would yall say are a good set of settings to start with next time and i can move on from there? There are so many settings and i know i need to only focus on three really but i cant for the life of me remember. I've watched tutorials n stuff but a basic set of settings written down would help me best. Im a better text book and hands on rather than a watch and memorize kinda person. Im using the elegoo abs like resin and table flips version of cones of calibration, the one with the stabby sword.

Oh and im using 10 transition layers at the moment.

So I got my saturn 4 16k used in today. I replaced the fep as you should just in case. Did a leak test with a vat full of water and a paper towel beneath it for like 4 hours. But after cleaning it out and drying it I noticed this stringy silicone like stuff... ive replaced fep for my photon mono and never seen anything like this. What is going on here? I mean I was gentle the whole process.
