I do stretching most days, same routine always. I’m extremely close to getting my splits (all of them), but lately stretching is feeling different near my hip, it’s not pain, but it’s not the same uncomfortableness as before and my hip now makes very small noises if I make circular motions with my leg (it also feels odd, no pain, but not great).

Is this just a needing a break situation or a push through it?
