Discussion on the exchange of ideas between suppliers and buyers

Hello everyone! I'm from a supply chain company in China, covering multiple product categories including automobiles and apparel. We're currently focusing on expanding into overseas markets and connecting with global sourcing partners.

We're currently encountering a low conversion rate during this business expansion and would like to seek advice from our sourcing colleagues: From a sourcing perspective, how can suppliers truly provide core value and improve cooperation conversion rates in the end-to-end process? For example, in areas such as initial communication, demand response, information transparency, and compliance, what behaviors or characteristics of suppliers do sourcing professionals value most?

Thank you very much for sharing your experience!
