Looking for a "one thing every day" kind of habit tracker

I'm looking for an app with, what I thought, were pretty simple requirements, but I've tried a few and so far haven't been able to find a good one.
Here's an example routine I want to implement with the help of the app.
* Strength training (2x/week, no matter which day)
* Running (2x/week, no matter which day)
* Every day, do at least one of the following: strength training, running, stretching, walking, hiking, other
In particular, the last requirement ("do one item of this list of possible items") seems to be hard to find.
Ideally the app would have some kind of "calendar view" where I can see which days I did what (maybe each activity has a different colour). You get the idea.
