Started to tapper lamictal 7 days ago. 200-175.
Have feelt irritated angry pessmistic on and of and my nervous system is so reactive. I have constant tension in my neck and Shoulder. Today is day 7 after i lowered my dose and i feel constant nervous Jittery, anexiety like i want to crawl out my own skin.
This is the worst day so far. Everything makes me stressed anexious nerouse. I feel like i can get a panic attack any minute.

How long those this last?
