Sick piggy?

I think my baby Minnie might be sick. She is such a sweet baby, but is being much more hostile towards me and the piggy living next door (they don’t get along but are the happiest I’ve ever seen them as single piggies next door to each other). she keeps provoking her sister, going up to the bars separating their cage and rumbling, teeth chattering and trying to get through the bars to her (she 100% cannot get her mouth through to bite or anything). my other lady is responding by mimicking these behaviours exactly. Shes also being much more difficult about being handled by me. she normally hates being picked up, but chills on my lap enjoying a head and cheek massage. Shes also not finishing her pellets every night. I thought this was because we switched pellets and she didn’t like the new ones, but these factors put together makes me think there’s something bigger at play here. Shes also lost 20g, likely because of the pellets, but that’s a big change for a pig who usually only changes by 5g at the most. I’ve also noticed that Shes peeling a lot, and I’ve heard that lots of little pees can be a sign of ovarian cysts, which is what I’m particularly worried about. Shes an intact female who we rescued relatively recently, and we wanted to let her fully settle in to the new home and new dynamic with our other pig before spaying her. we‘rebbooking a vet appointment when they open on Monday, but with her having no physical symptoms of anything (no hair loss, no crusty nipples etc), I know it’s likely we’ll need blood work, X-rays and whatever else to determine what this is. In the meantime, I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience with their piggies so I have some idea of what it could be and what to expect. I’m hoping I’m just a paranoid owner, as I lost a piggy in January who also stopped eating pellets and had no physical symptoms and despite blood work and X-ray, the vets just couldn’t figure out what was wrong. that’s while I’m being so careful and want to catch anything that could be happening as early as I can. thanks in advance!
