Has anyone noticed recently that quality of grads has dropped significantly?

I've seen just a lack of critical thinking, taking initiative/ wanting to learn and you need to follow up with them multiple times of the allocated work. Even when you have provided feedback, they are still not responsive towards the feedback.

I always try to set up my grads for success. I do an example with them, I show them where they can find the answers, I take them through the task step by step, send them screenshots etc

Hi, ladies! I'm currently working towards upgrading my style and wardrobe because I want to start investing in pieces which I'm able to wear to board rooms and committee meetings. I want to have an executive presence and look professional and reliable.

A bit about me - I work in financial services and am 31, 5'1, 52kg. Slim built with no curves 😂

Thank you!
