My friend and I are looking for a replacement tenant for a room in our 3-bedroom flat as one of our friends is dropping out of uni and applying elsewhere.

- 3-bedroom flat with 1 bathroom

- Location: Flat 1, 60 Claude Road, Cardiff, CF24 3QB

- Contract runs from 3 July 2026 – 28 June 2027

- Rent is £1,725 total per month, excluding bills (£575 per person) - we plan to sort out bills once we find a 3rd person

- First rent payment is due on 1 July before move-in on 3 July

We’re preferably looking for a female student aged 18–20 who’s non-smoking, fairly quiet, and respectful/shared-space friendly.
