Hi munro baggers!⛰️🏴
I am Joachim (19) from Germany, and I’m doing a research project about the culture of Munro Bagging this summer, supported by a youth scholarship (ZiS).
I’ll be backpacking and wild camping through the Highlands for 5 weeks, as I'm on a tight budget. I want to meet baggers, whether you've bagged 5 or all 282 Munros, to hear your stories and experience the tradition myself. 🥾 I will be in the Glencoe and Fort William area during September. If you live there, are visiting, or if you'd just like to get in touch, go for a hike, or give me some insights, (or even know a place for me to stay for a night) I’d be very happy to meet you!
