I've been to universal before but never fanfest!

I have a question regarding food and drink!

I noted on their website it states no food or drink..? Specifically on inland experiences? Are we still able to carry around water in our backpacks?

Also are we allowed to bring owalas or hydroflasks or should I just bring a sealed water bottle? (:
