In summary- someone keeps getting into my phone . Is somehow able to listen to conversations. They made many charges to my card. They also hacked into my gf phone. And stole money from her and making it so her account is frozen so I have to pay for everything . They message from random numbers very mean things and after getting a whole new phone and phone number they are still hacking in somehow. I don’t know what to do after 3 years of this

I just posted a longer version of this story but it seems the hacked deleted it.

For the past 3 years or so someone has been hacking into my phone . Harassing me and they even stole money from my gf and I.

It’s hard to fully explain what’s been going on bc it’s a lot of info. A few months before I met my gf someone texted me from a random number commenting about the ig story I posted . I asked who it was and they said something like “just know I’m watching you” I pretty much told them to fuck off and thought it was weird

Fast forwards a couple months . I was somewhat dating 2 girls ( I know it’s bad) but nothing too serious . I then matched with a girl on a dating app we met . Hooked up and she eventually became kind of my gf. I wasn’t serious
At first but she started getting weird texts too . Saying that she was dating me too or something weird. She told me about it and I didn’t think much of it until I noticed random texts on my Ig from a girl with a fake profile picture . I forgot what they said maybe something like they love me idk . We then realized it was the same person as they were messaging her to from Ig

At some point they were telling me they knew where I lived and to come meet them etc. every time I called their number they wouldn’t pick up. I would go with a friend to go meet them and they wouldn’t show up or answer my texts .
They would say they are outside . I would go look and they wouldn’t be. I got security cameras but I think they somehow got access to them at some point .

They started to send her more threatening texts and my gf claims that a girl came up to her while walking down the street and tried to attack her while yelling slurs at her. She described what she looked like and I eventually got a name but idk who it was. The police arrested her . I told her I wanted to go with her to the police station to eye her in a line up so I could see who it was. For some reason she went without me. To this day idk why she did that .

After months of more harassment she eventually said that she thought I was someone that SAd her when she saw my IG and that’s why she was doing that but said she’s going to stop .

But it started again . I wasn’t serious about my gf still but she was doing OF work and wanted me to make content with her and other girls. She has me taking to the other girls in a group chat and one of them pulled me to the side and started saying she wanted just me ect. As I wasn’t serious about my relationship at the time I showed interest. They then screenshotted the convo and sent it to her.

Eventually the same thing happened but with a different more well known OF girl that I mentioned I was a “fan” of early on in the relationship. They eventually did the same thing with the screenshots. Enticing me to meet them only to send screenshots and burn me. Making me feel really guilty about it and rubbing it in her face that I don’t like her ect.

They hacked into her phone and sent her parents her OF site. They got into her bank account and stole thousands of dollars . They even changed her background to my old sex photos with past girls of mine. They would call her names and say she’s ugly ect.
They even got into my phone somehow and texted girls I used to hookup with and try to get them to meet up with me. I wood see the texts send as I was trying to do damage control . This happened when I was out by myself.they would tell her they I’m out cheating on her ect. They even sent emails sabotaging my work / clients .

Eventually her bank account got frozen from this and I’ve been stuck covering all the bills. This got me in a huge debt as I was promised to be paid back but she still hasn’t gotten real money like that.

They even got door dash on my credit card multiple times . There was also a time where they would hit me up from a number i had saved but change the number to impersonate them. They acted as one of my exes and they were texting me saying they see me and they would say my location accurately which was really scary and weird. They even gave a sob story about her not having a place to go so that’s why they want to stay with me. They really sounded a lot like me ex over text . We dropped off a bag of supplies (being the good people that we were)for her to get by and they eventually texted back commenting on the clothes then the next day started saying more weird shit trying to get me to hang out. I eventually realized it was the hacker again. They somehow got into my phone and changed the number and maybe used Ai to impersonate this girl.

I now don’t reply to the texts and they still send them. We’ve both got new phones . My gf changed her number eventually and she was good but I was still having weird shit happen so I just got a new number last month and they now somehow got it.

It seemed like they were somehow listening to us we would get into an argument and as soon as I walk away I’d get a text saying something mean and relevant to the agreement.

They even were turning on and off the LED lights and turn on the Roku tv to full volume while I was trying to sleep .

I’ve changed my password and email multiple times and I’ve gone to Apple . My phone carrier ect. And no one has been helpful . I feel like I’ve tried everything. Idk how they could possibly hack my new line bc I haven’t replied to any text or open any weird emails.
I’m now in debt and my life is pretty fucked. I’m breaking up with my gf - everyone thinks it’s her - I am skeptical too but some of it just doesn’t make sense to me

She said she’ filed a police report but I think I’m going to do one myself.

There’s a good chance she or the hacker is seeing this as well for whatever that is worth but does anyone know what can be going on? What else I can do? I feel like I’ve hit a wall and I need this to stop now.
