My order has been processing for almost 3 weeks now, and everytime use contact us, I get an AI response telling me that my order has been processed and sent to ship, but my tracking number says temp1 and it redirects me to my order page that also says waiting to process.

Is the watch ever going to actually process? Or should I just cancel it through my bank?

The watch I got was in stock when I bought it and said it could ship to me in 7-10 days which is why I got it, it’s a gift for my Dad’s birthday
