If we took 200 empty sealed water cooler jugs. Layed them out and chained them together by their handles. Left enough slack for movement. Put it out in the ocean and jumped on. Would it survive large ocean waves? How strong would those chains have be? Or the handles?

Suppose body-cammed police show up to a house for (aided, disturbance, arrest, wellness check) and walk through the house. Can anyone retain that footage or is it redacted and limited in scope?
