A relative working in coding with AI has just been dismissed after not completing last project when the supervisor wanted it done. Is this unfair dismissal?

This relative has previously had a performance review after being told by her supervisor that her work wasn’t good enough. she had been promised training in this new field but did not receive it. this relative struggles with an anxiety disorder which she is receiving treatment for. she’s worried that she won’t receive a referral and will have difficulty finding another job. can she apply for compensation with the Fair work commission?
