Why my resume got rejected ?
Many people think or believe that most of job applications resumes not seen by recruiters and only few pass through what called ATS system!!
I’ve been applying to jobs recently and realized something frustrating…
It’s not just about experience anymore.
ATS systems filter resumes first, and even if you pass that, you still look like everyone else.
Several people advised me to try something combines CV + video intro + shareable link instead of just sending PDFs only.
Curious — do recruiters actually care about video resumes or is it not important at application submission stage?
Can I get people opinion about this matter? If I drop a PDF contains a link to my website CV, where recruiters can visit and see my introduction video about my self won't that increase my chances???
