Any way to tell year of tires?

Any way to tell year of tires?

Got my first track worn tires today off of marketplace.

The only thing I was told was that he had gotten them from Daytona and they let him just grab a bunch of the pull-off tires. I am sure you can’t be real thorough on identification and I just really plan to use them to make a little table out of one and maybe a diecast shelf from the other but, I would love to know the year if possible. Along with the series also if possible.

I looked for a year or date anywhere but, didn’t see one. This is the first time I have ever gotten a chance to look at one like this so I wouldn’t even know where to look if not just on the sidewall so, I could’ve overlooked a date if there is one.

Either way, they were a bargain at $10 a piece and I love this new addition to the collection.

My girlfriend just bought this 1/64 chase at Chase’s trailer in Talladega, just today pulled it out of the bag from the track and goes “oh no all of this is rubbing off!”

Sure enough with hardly any pressure the entire windshield decal rubbed off onto my finger. This is ridiculous to pay almost $20 for a 1/64 that does that! It’s basically a Nascar authentic atp. Even the rest of the car is rubbing off too.
