Are you surprised by the surge in Democratic Socialism, given the real world experience of today's young adults?
I bought my first house in 1982. I was 27 years old and had a blue collar job. Today, both of my kids have advanced degrees, are 36 & 33 years old, and still cannot afford to buy a house. Is it any wonder that young voters are unhappy with both political parties? Young Republicans have turned to MAGA. Is is the same with young Democrats turning to DSA?

Who will clean the public restrooms?
If all Americans receive free college tuition, books, and so on and all graduate with a four year debt free diploma. who will clean public restrooms, stock retail shelves, wash restaurant dishes, and the rest of the jobs in the USA (a majority by the way) that do not require a college degree?
It seems to me that these essential jobs will be filled with college graduates, no? Will we pay them a higher salary than we do now because they have a college degree?

Why is it always "two drinks"? This time on the Cape with a woman from Nantucket.
Nantucket Planning Director Leslie Woodson Snell was arrested in Yarmouth last month after crashing into a street sign and allegedly driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. According to a police report, officers discovered an open bottle of vodka in the backseat of her car after the crash, along with alcohol nips in her purse, and White Claw Seltzers in the center console and driver's seat door of her vehicle..... When asked if she had been drinking that day, Snell told police she had two drinks at Giardinos .
When will Massachusetts take this more seriously?
The woman was essentially placed on probation and if she keeps clean for a year, the charges are dropped.
