Hello,

I own a Redmi Note 13 running HyperOS version 2.0.210.0.VNGMIXM.

I have been trying for more than 15 days to obtain bootloader unlock authorization through Xiaomi Community, but without success.

My Xiaomi account is more than 3000 days old. The phone is properly linked to the account, with an active SIM card, a verified phone number, and developer options enabled.

At every attempt, I receive a message indicating that the quota has been reached, despite several attempts right when the quota resets (00:00 GMT+8).

I would like to know:

• whether this version or region is currently causing issues;
• whether additional requirements are now needed under HyperOS;
• or whether the European quota is currently saturated.
