I've had these pictures for years. Arcade operators did this mod so they could use AES carts in arcade cabinets. Apparently the BIOS was modified too, because the person who posted it in some forums years ago, said the games inserted ran in MVS mode (with 'insert coin' on the screen), since the ROM in the carts are the same.

Would be interesting if someone had a MVS cartridge price catalog from back in the day, so we could see the prices. I always heard they cost 3 times the price of an AES...
