Almost full time frustrations

Hey baddies what’s up. It’s ya boy with a vent/looking for advice.
I currently work on a bookmobile with “part time” hours as a library assistant, meaning I work 32.5 hours a week, just shy of 40. I’m genuinely feeling burnt out and frustrated because despite being an assistant I feel like I’m doing the work of a librarian. My department is currently down a librarian and a full time clerk. Right now on the days that I drive the bookmobile we have floater staff covering the missing positions, however that means I have to drive all day without a break and do my assistant job. I feel like I’m doing way too much and get a ton of pay docked because my benefits are prorated. I live in a HCOL area. I also need at least one weekday off as I have a medical condition that requires basically weekly appointments. The bookmobile runs only Monday to Friday. I’m also in library school. So my options thus far in my head are

- quit this job asap and find a full time LA job when one comes up, ideally Sunday to Thursday schedule.

- ask another library in my system for the ~8 hours I’d need to reach full time hours

- lower my hours at the bookmobile department and find another part time LA job in a different system to supplement hours.

- Lower my bookmobile hours and find a second part time job that has comparable pay and available hours.

Feel free to ask clarifying questions and get more details. I’m looking for genuine advice to prevent more burnout and heal. I love my job but being overworked is the reason I left my previous field of social work. Please be as brutally honest as possible.
