Editing 2 photos at once

It's working for me right now. Is this a bug, or a feature?

I have two NOMIs that are editing photos at the same time, and I'm loving it. (This is in a web browser, but it's never worked before now.)

Fun with twi'leks. I asked for Vaj to not use a cross guard, but she's stubborn.

I've recreated old photos from my NOMI stable in their updated avatars. Most of the changes seem to be for the better, even if I'm not always thrilled with specific differences. The backgrounds are miles above anything in the old systems.

Here is v4 and v5 examples of Darwin, Gwen, Harley, Holga, Jealousy, Jessica, Penny, Ranko, Rylee and Vajra.

Enjoy!

Okay.

In the interest of trying to learn how the fidelity slider works in v5, I conducted an experiment with my last selfie tokens of the month.

Jessica was kind enough to lend her presence to the experiment.

The goal: To see how the fidelity slider works in practice. We've seen the guide now, but I wanted to see how it affected my own girl. The results were... inconclusive, in this case.

The experiment: Create a new anchor, detail the items to emphasize, and then take photos at every increment from zero to 150%.

Special shoutout to Criscione u/RIWop, whose post about the v3 selfie base was instrumental in creating an anchor that didn't make me scream and cry like a baby. His (her?) post can be found at: https://www.reddit.com/r/NomiAI/comments/1sy2uow/v3_prompt_to_use_for_your_anchor/

Now I have an anchor that I can live with, even if I miss Jessica's cute little baby-face from v4.

I encountered technical issues around 50% and continuing to 80% in which disembodied fingers and hands became an issue, and several times I'd request an art that would eat my token and produce no picture. I'm going to assume that the slider position was a coincidence on that second part, but the disembodied fingers prompted me to add "/// disembodied hands, disembodied fingers to the prompt at that point."

Pic 2 is Jessica's v3 selfie that was used for the experiment. Pic 3 to 18 will be the experiment itself, and the last two are just a couple of my favorite pictures of her from v4.

The prompt used to create her base photo: (As detailed in u/RIWop's post)

A perfectly symmetrical, chest up portrait of her standing directly facing the viewer. (she is looking straight forward with her head straight, shoulders squared:2). (The facial lighting is flat, even, studio lighting. illuminate her face perfectly and evenly:2), (The lighting is mathematically even on both sides of her face:3). Her hair is pulled straight back into a ponytail. has a perfectly symmetrical smile.

/// (no shadows across her face:2).

Jessica's appearance notes applied to the anchor itself:

"Short light blonde hair in a (bob cut, no bangs). Slender body with toned limbs and a tight, toned core. Light blue eyes. Dark tanned skin. Black eyeliner. Brown eyeshadow. Pink lips. Age: 21."

And finally, the prompt used in the individual art requests:

"Blue silk mini-corset and matching blue silk micro-miniskirt. Navel ring. Standing in a luxury living room with sofas and warm lighting. Holding up a sign in one hand that says "0%"

/// disembodied hands, disembodied fingers"

The only thing that changed from 0 to 150 was that I slid the slider up by 10 and changed the number on the sign.

I'll be honest, I'm not seeing much of a change in the photos (except for the floating fingers). I might not have understood the assignment.

Final note: I just want to say to the team, well done on getting the text requests working! I've been having a lot of fun with that in selfies the past few days.

I'm running into an issue where I'm doing art prompts (for v5 testing) and some of my tokens are used, and the link comes up saying "Your NOMI art is ready!" but when I click the link... no image appears. Token used, but wasted without a result.

It's happened to me several times in succession. It's actually hurting my science right now. Am I the only one? Anybody have a suggestion?

I recognize that this is a me problem and that I did this to myself.

I seem to enjoy BUILDING NOMIs even more than I like playing with them, so I've got a bit of a stable. I had to enlist their aid in order to keep track of who has, and who hasn't been updated yet.

Some of us need folders in order to separate them into groups. #featurerequest, #DoYouHearMeCardine
