So basically this apartment next to me has a couple who lives in it and the boyfriend doesn’t want the dog inside the apartment but the girl had the dog before they got into a relationship so she doesn’t want to give up the dog so she makes it stay in the garage and it won’t stop barking and they leave it in there when there gone all day and her neighbors have to suffer from the dog barking all day. I tried to call almost everyone I can think of and they just say “nothing we can do about it”
