NW to SE interstate
I drove up from OKC to Woodward last week for work and it made me think. I know people considered George Night's Northwest Passage a "road to nowhere."
However, it would be nice to have a NW to SE interstate bisect the state like I-44 does from NE to SW.
Of course, the roads we do have are still crap. I was reminded of that later last week when I entered Oklahoma on I-35 from Kansas.
