Hi folks. I read quite a bit of posts on here but I wasn’t able to gather enough info and had to post my questions for some clarity:
- My amendment was filed in September 2025, wasn’t premium processing, hence haven’t received my i797 yet.
- My current stamping runs out on Nov 2026.
- My wife on h4 also has an expiring EAD for Nov 2026.

Now that I need to apply for her EAD renewal:
- Can I apply before I get an approval notice?
- Do yall have any suggestions on how I should go about to apply? I used an attorney for her first time application and it was super smooth.
- does anyone have any suggestions on how to apply, centers etc
- any advise at all would be helpful.
