someone assumed i was my sibling’s parent
i was out with my younger sibling and we stopped somewhere to eat. the server asked if i was their parent, which caught me completely off guard because we're not even that far apart in age.
my sibling immediately started laughing and told the server we were siblings. the server apologized, but my sibling wouldn't let it go for the rest of the meal. i guess i found out who looks younger that day.
