So over it
Scenario:
New patient schedules through MyChart. They come to check in, tells the front desk “i don’t want a new patient visit, I want a physical. I need labs/med refills. The doctor doesn’t need to get to know me, I know what I need. It will be a physical so it is free.”
Uhh… apparently they threw a temper tantrum when told it doesn’t work like that. Refused to be seen because I wouldn’t commit fraud. Refused to pay what I found to be a $25 copay.
Im so very tired of the expectation I must be stretched to the limit and do it for free/less compensation.
Glad they left so I didnt have to deal with it. Damn.
