NECA apprenticeship - aptitude test difficulty + is it worth it? (Cert III Electrical)

Hey everyone, thinking about applying for an electrical apprenticeship through NECA and wanted to get some real insight from people who've been through it. I am towards the end of obtaining my cert 2 in electrotechnology so at the moment I am looking and applying for different places to start my cert 3 + apprenticeship.

A few things I'm trying to figure out:

- What's the aptitude test actually like? What does it cover and how hard is it honestly? Any tips to prepare?

- What's the interview process like end to end? How many stages, what do they ask, what are they really looking for?

- Is NECA worth committing 4 years to compared to going directly through a private employer? Any major pros/cons from people who've done it?

Would love to hear from current or past NECA apprentices especially. Cheers
