Long FIREd but potential windfall
Been FIREd a number of years, I've turned down a lot of opportunities but I might have a very late hitting check that I can't say no to. I know it would have to be cut to a business, and I don't currently have anything established.
What would be the quickest way of establishing a business entity that can accept a seven figure check and what are the tax implications? I'm just looking for the broad strokes, happy to hire the appropriate brokers. I just know I need to start this process yesterday.
