Hey everyone,

I’m a Data Science student looking for a laptop under ₹80,000 (India) that can handle both gaming and heavy development work.

💻 My use case:

Gaming (1080p, medium–high settings)

Coding (VS Code, Android Studio)

Data Science (Python, Pandas, NumPy, ML later)

Web & app development

Heavy multitasking (browser + IDE + datasets)

🎯 Requirements:

GPU: RTX 3050 minimum (prefer RTX 4050)

CPU: i5 12th/13th Gen HX / Ryzen 5 or 7 HS

RAM: 16GB (upgradeable preferred)

Storage: 512GB SSD (expandable)

Good thermals for long sessions

🔍 Laptops I’m considering:

Lenovo LOQ

HP Victus

Acer Nitro V

ASUS TUF A15

❓ Questions:

Is RTX 3050 enough for Data Science + ML, or should I push for RTX 4050?

Which laptop has the best thermals and long-term reliability?

Any known issues (heating, motherboard, build quality)?

Should I upgrade to 32GB RAM later, or is 16GB enough?
