Is there a way to improve M Charizard X?

I had a lot of matches and seems is terrible. Lacks of movility makes it hard to score, the ítem penalty to evolve it is a great nerf. Maybe i don't have good medals but since i'm in veteran seems the damage Is pretty low and it can't handle a 1 vs 1...the received damage Is always higher. I took some advices from another post but i was right, be careful, just fight when is needed means nothing if never Is a good Time to Score of fight. The strategy turns into talking a few deaths, and besides i never saw someone picking M Charizard X...

Any thoughts? Builds? Recommendation?

How to be better and have a good team

Since i'm in veteran, using a stage 2 clóset range Pokemon sucks....you start maybe with another stage 2 partner in your route and sundenddly you have a matchup UP against zapdos, moltres or articuno, with Lucario or a stage 1 poke.

It's obvious the mid Will come for the weakest enemies.

Charmander can do nothing before charizard, Is overpassed by a lot of Pokemons with better movility.

And it seems the team doesn't care about it. Maybe i'm too nice, and i try to protect my path to prevent scores, even when i'm behind the base with 2 fruits and at my attack range ( with charmander ). Useless, Rivals can kill me even when they are slow...the damage Is so high i can't escape, close attack, and finish with a ranged one.

And that's not enough, Is a snowball. Yeah you can hice and play smart....Guess what when i do that i'm 2 levels behind any Pokémon, there's no fair matchup...

So, any advices? Change Pokémon? Improve sumethibg with charmander? Suggest good team practices?
