Is Eurasier the right choice for us ?

Me and my wife are thinking about getting a dog.

After some search, I got the idea Eurasier was a good breed for us, but would like your guys input

We live in a house (with something like 150m^(2) garden). We have 3 cats.
We can walk the dog twice a day, from 30 minutes to an hour. We both work from home, and we plan on having the dog inside house.

Our cats don't have access to the exterior. That means that most of our windows/doors are closed. He can go with him outside on our breaks, or if he asks to go for a but.

During the night, due logistics, we can't have him on our room either. We would need to sleep "alone" (with the cats). In a normal day, that means a period ~4hours (one of us goes to sleep at 3 am, the other one gets up at 7 am)

We would like a dog that alerts if someone enters our home (doesn't need to be aggressive, as long as he alerts).
We also have tons of love to share with him.

One of us had some experience with dogs before (while living with parents), but the other one never had a dog. So it needs to be little to no aggressive/dominant.

Brushing him does not bother us.

We live in a rather hot country in Europe, getting up to 35/40 Celsius degrees during summer. But we have AC in our house that we can turn it on if needed (we do it a lot of times whenever we believe the cats are feeling hot)

From time to time (like every two weeks) we are ok with doing long walks with him - mainly to city parks)

We plan to take the dog to a trainer (not sure if this is the correct term), having like 2 or 3 sessions per week. (Our main goal with the trainer is: socializing, and learn simple simple things like "come", "stop", "sit", "leave it", "free". We don't want him to do tricks. Just a dog that can behave, so he can have more "freedom" overall)

From what I've read Eurasier suits are needs.

Based on the experience you guys have, do you think that Eurasier is a good choice for us ? (things that we highlited with bold are main "requirements" we would like to have on a dog)

Disclaimer: We know that every dog has his own personality. Even if the breed usually has the certain traits, that doesn't mean that all of the dogs have them
