Second NBA game I ever attended as a kid.
It was Kidd’s debut game.
I still have the celebratory towel handed out to fans.

Interstate? 635
Yes, I asked Dr. Google, Wikipedia, Mr. Jeeves but couldn’t find an answer.
Why is 635 considered an “interstate” highway when it is actually “intrastate?”
Highway 75 goes all the way to Canada but is not an “interstate.” Why?
How does Hawaii have 4 “interstate” highways when they don’t go to other states?
I smell someone smoking delicious meats. I’m going to stroll down this interstate sidewalk until I find them.
Edit: This was more of a rhetorical/facetious question. But I’m loving the hate.

I think it’s often overlooked how great our music scene was 30 years ago.
Toadies, Tripping Daisy, UFOFU, the Funland Band, Hagfish, Pantera, the Nixons, Old 97’s, Deathray Davies, Slow Roosevelt, etc. So many great local bands and shows back then.
We can also claim Stevie Ray Vaughn (died in 1990), Erykah Badu, Meat Loaf, Norah Jones, Jessica Simpson, Post Malone, and unfortunately Vanilla Ice.
Not too shabby.
