What’s your diet looking like
Since I was diagnosed, I have changed my diet drastically. Mostly fruits and veggies. Some pasta and a lot of chicken. I eat beef maybe twice a month. I threw out my table salt and only pinch with Kosher salt. I lost 30 lbs since January without any exercise( I was advised by my doc not to exercise right now). Any suggestions for other food options that help my condition?
