I work at a large billion dollar company as a warehouse employee. overall, the conditions have been ok, but recently, management has been bossing us around and making awful decisions without consulting workers or even letting us know first. and the pay is abysmal compared to how much value we generate for the company.

I would like to work towards unionizing and wanted to know what unions would be best to contact in the Portland metro area.
