Hello everyone,
After a long time, I've been practicing leg presses at the gym. I've lifted about 160 kg (until a year ago, I could lift 200 kg), but during the first set, when I brought my legs back, I felt a "crack" from my last rib on the left. I was scared and stopped the exercise, but I didn't have any pain. I knew it would get worse later, and it did. I have pain when I straighten my back and lie down, but fortunately not when I breathe or cough. What could it be? A cracked rib? Do you have any experience with similar injuries?
