Hello,

I am a senior engineer, and my natural progression from my current position would be to move toward a lead role. I am just wondering what sort of expectations come with this position and what kinds of questions I can expect during the interview.

I have a strong portfolio of completed projects that meet industry standards, but I am still nervous about the thought of moving up.

Has anyone gone through a similar transition, had a similar experience, and dealt with the anxiety that comes with interviewing? I am not great at interviews, full stop. Additionally, this will be an internal interview. I am not looking to relocate or change companies, as it is very convenient for me to stay where I am.

Any advice or support would be greatly appreciated.

If I am posting in the wrong subreddit, I apologize.
