Hi everybody,

I asked this question several months ago and am reposting now to see if I can get any other recommendations. I'm a 60+ male who is eager to learn guitar. After receiving recommendations from this sub, I tried several classes at The Front Porch but wasn't crazy about the lack of structure from the 2 teachers I had there. What I'm hoping to find is a teacher who can get me playing but who also provides a more clearly defined progression to the lessons. I'd like to learn some basic theory and not just simple chords and hopefully gain a better sense of where lessons are going. Any suggestions?
